With deep roots in East Liverpool; (great aunt Gertude Fryett - an art instructor and great grandfather Arthur Fryett - one of the very first local photographers, owned and operated Fryett's Gallery in the late 1800's and early 1900's ), chuck is very proud of our town and the talent it has produced for generations. He is looking forward to helping bring light to those who carry on like those who came before, by making ELGT's Annual Music & Arts Appreciation Festival a safe and enjoyable event for years to come.
