James Hill is a forty year Law Enforcement professional. He has a degree in Law Enforcement from Kent State University, is a graduate of the International Academy of Law Enforcement, and was appointed by Attorney General Gerald Brown as an Instructor for the Ohio Peace Officers Training Counsel in Private Security and Investigations.

James has worked as a street cop, deep cover narcotics agent, and as a DOD Security Contractor. He has attended numerous schools such as the FBI National Training Academy, the Treasury Department, and OHIO BCI just to name a few.

James retired from the State of Ohio as a Certified Welfare Fraud Investigator. He currently works full time for the West Virginia Lottery Commission as an expert table gaming Investigator.
