Mark your calendars!  You don’t want to miss this event!  East Liverpool’s Got Talent 4th Annual Music & Arts Appreciation Festival will be held once again at Thompson Park’s Outdoor Amphitheater.  The festival will kick off on Saturday, August 19th at 12:00 pm, featuring many of our area’s talented performers and showcasing many talented vendors of all kinds and lasting until 11:00pm!  The festival will pick back up at 11:00 am on Sunday, August 20th and continue throughout the evening until 9:00 pm.
